Our VFD repair service goes far beyond only repairing what is wrong with your failed unit by also replacing all aged and out of tolerance components. In addition, we replace all components that have a history of high failure rate or known to be a common problem with a specific drive series or model. All inputs and outputs of the unit are tested per the manufacturer’s specifications according to our documented testing procedures along with any special functions the drive may have. Once repaired, the item is load tested and burned in on one of our custom engineered load stations to ensure the unit will perform properly when re- installed at your facility.
